Your day's run sheet lands in your business inbox at 6:30am local time, with every active appointment. A one-line text is optional and off by default. Email is on unless you switch it off in Settings, Notifications. Nothing is sent on a day with no bookings.
Try itMagic Optimise keeps each stop with an exact booked time where it is and reorders only the stops with a window. Stops booked for the same time, like four pick-ups at 8:00, go in drive order among themselves. Trips opens on Up next, with the stop to head to, when you will get there and the button to mark it picked up. On a day with more than one driver, Magic Optimise and the Google Maps button ask whose run to plan instead of greying out. Trips also asks once how long you spend at each stop, and warns when you would reach a stop early as well as late. Planning a run never messages your customers.
Try itYour booking page carries a Most booked carousel of your busiest services, sitting above the category tabs. Turn it on or off under Services on Settings, Your Booking Page, and the same switch sits in the visual editor.
Try itThe services bulk edit grid has a toolbar. Build filter conditions joined by and or or, group the rows by a field, sort on any field, and tick which columns to show. The view you leave it in is the view you come back to on that device.
Try itMission Control carries a Collected and Earned switch. Collected puts a payment on the day it was taken. Earned spreads a booking over the units it covers, so a five night stay lands a fifth on each night. The choice follows you around the dashboard and stays on that device.
Try itPut a household size on a membership plan or a package and only owners with that many active pets can join or buy it. Price a two-dog tier beside your single-pet one, and Duplicate as a household tier clones a plan or package with the caps, quantity and price scaled for you. An owner under the size sees why on the plan, and staff see the same reason when they enrol someone. Balances and allowances stay shared across the household.
Try itAbandoned bookings, unfinished bookings, draft reviews and the Health Board carry a New client or Existing client badge, so you can see who you are chasing without opening the record.
Try itPrice an add-on at zero and it arrives on the booking form already selected, marked Free with its usual price struck through beside it, so the customer sees what it is worth. The customer takes it off in one tap. Anything with a price waits to be chosen.
Try itA pause runs in whole billing cycles and starts from today. Set the shortest and longest pause on the plan in cycles, and the terms you generate say one full cycle is the minimum.
Try itWebsite embed sits in the Settings header beside the website button tools. Open it to copy the snippet that puts your booking form on your own site.
Try itOwners can save the visit photos from the report card. Save sits on the gallery. On a phone it opens the share sheet. On a computer it downloads a zip. If a file cannot be fetched, the toast says how many saved.
Try itDuring a trial the top banner shows Pro, Flex and Max side by side with Choose on each. After the trial it offers Continue with Pro or Choose a plan. Paying subscribers never see it.
Try itWhen staff create a booking that needs a deposit, pick how it is taken. Card on file is the default, and cash, bank transfer, card reader, a secure payment link, other EFTPOS and a card request by text all sit beside it. A pending booking confirms when the invoice comes to zero or when you waive the hold.
Try itA pet owner can mark their own pet as passed away from the pet owner app. Petboost keeps the date, takes the pet out of booking, holds the phone number, and leaves the record there to restore.
Try itSave a change to an owner address and Petboost offers to put it on their upcoming mobile appointments. Show upcoming visits lists them, and Update writes the new address across the lot.
Try itTurn this visit's report-card photos into a branded Instagram image with the pet's name on the tile. Open the appointment, tap Visit post, pick the photos, turn on We have permission to share this pet, then Download PNG or Save all. Copy caption pastes the booking page and your business phone under the post. Petboost does not post it for you.
Try itWhen to collect on a form has a third option, Send manually. Nothing goes out when a booking is made. Use Send from the client profile when you want that person to get the form. Send after booking and Required before booking stay as they were.
Try itWatch the recording of a booking a pet owner started and left. Open Billing, Plan & Power-Ups, activate Booking X-Ray Booster, then tap X-Ray this booking on the Abandoned Booking card. Fifteen views a month, A$19.
Try itThe Pre-Appointment Message can sit on confirmation and reminder texts as well as email. Open Settings, Notifications, write the note, and turn on Also add to confirmation and reminder texts. The switch stays off until you turn it on.
Try itPaid invoices download as a PDF from the owner profile in the business app and from the pet owner wallet. Open the profile, then Download invoices.
Try itA yes to a confirmation request marks the thread read. A cancellation reply stars it. Hide automated keeps system texts out of the open conversation, and a draft stays on that thread if you leave and come back.
Try itThe Health Board puts abandoned bookings in Abandoned (New) and Abandoned (Existing), so a first-time drop-off and a returning client who left sit in different columns. Open Marketing, Health Board.
Try itEvery configuration screen is split in two. What a business needs to sell the thing is on screen when you arrive; the rest sits behind one Advanced options switch with a line telling you exactly what is inside, so you can decide not to open it. Duration and Timing went from twelve visible fields to two. Advanced does not mean big: a solo walker taking two siblings from one household, a single-groomer salon refusing dogs over 20kg after midday, and a mobile walker limited to certain breeds and suburbs all live down there. The switch remembers your choice, shows a count of what you have set, and opens itself whenever you have already configured something inside, so nothing you set is ever hidden from you. Turning it off only hides fields, it never changes them. Your bank details, holiday rates and booking warnings stay visible.
Try itWhen you save a number another owner already has, Find them and Open profile take you to that profile. Search also matches the secondary phone.
Try itTrips turns a day of mobile appointments into a sequenced run: Board, List and Map views, Magic Optimise for up to 25 stops, route preferences for your van's height, width and weight, arrival times from live traffic, a Google Maps hand-off, and an ATO vehicle log book as CSV or PDF. The run order, your route preferences and your depot addresses now live on your account, so a run sequenced at the office reaches the driver's phone. Trips Booster is a paid add-on on Pro, Flex and Max, included on Enterprise.
Try itQuick Estimate is the weight range buttons above the services on your listing page. Find it under Services on Settings, Your Booking Page and hide it on its own. The Services section stays where it is.
Try itThe last visit and next visit on the appointment ribbon are links. Click either one to open that appointment and the charges on it.
Try itActivate Communications Booster, then complete the verification form in Settings, SMS with your legal business name, ABN, street address and one registration document. The card tracks where the review is up to. Reviews are usually decided within one to three business days, your Australian mobile number activates on approval, and Petboost emails the address on the form whichever way the review goes.
Try itCommand-click or Control-click cards on the scheduler to build a selection, and Shift-click to take a whole range between two cards. A bar appears with Accept, Decline, Check in, Cancel and No-show, and each one applies to everything you picked. Keyboard shortcuts cover the rest of the diary: d, w, m and t for the views, full stop for today, the arrow keys for the next period, slash for search, a to create and question mark for the full list.
Try itTwo sections you can add to your showcase page. Paste your Google Place ID under Settings, Branding and Reviews on Google carries your star rating and what people wrote. Add an Instagram section in the booking page editor and pin the posts you want people to see. Both rename, reorder and hide like any other section, and they appear once you fill them in.
Try itA Stay service can charge by calendar day as well as by night or by period. Daily counts the day they arrive and the day they leave, so a Friday to Sunday stay is three days. Choose it on the service, and the booking form, the stay timeline and the invoice all count it the same way.
Try itSettings, Notifications carries Email assigned team members. Switch it on and whoever is assigned to a service line gets an email when that booking is created, updated or cancelled. It is an account-level switch, so it does not appear on individual services or courses.
Try itSetup asks when you want to open. Tick Close the diary until go-live and every team member and resource carries a Closed until go-live block from today to that date, so an imported book cannot take a booking before you are ready. Your notifications and automations wait until you switch them on.
Try itOpen a pet attribute and choose the services it makes available and the services it rules out. The attributes page draws those as required and blocked badges, so a rule is readable without opening it. Course enrolment reads the same rules alongside capacity and attendance caps, and your team can override a block that an owner cannot.
Try itThe intake form, Friday reminder, pre-authorisation, payment declined and business copy messages each sit in Settings, Notifications with a switch and a preview. Open the preview to read the exact email or text a customer receives, with your branding on it.
Try itYour opening hours sit beside your business name at the top of the booking form, with a badge reading Open, Closing soon or Closed. It reads your business timezone, so somebody booking from another state sees your hours rather than theirs.
Try itBoth live in the Operations group in the main menu, beside the rest of the day-to-day setup, rather than under Settings & account.
Try itPick a date and the list includes everyone who has not booked since then, including people who have never had an appointment. Opted out starts off, so a tidy-up of imported clients is not blocked by Match both. Turn opted out on only when you want STOP replies in the same run.
Try itWhen a saved card is a month or a week from its printed expiry, and that owner still has a visit or a membership ahead of them, they get an email asking them to update it. You cannot switch that email off. Settings shows Email the customer: card expiry as a row that stays on. On Wallet, or on that day in Key Dates, Text card update sends them the same add-card link by SMS.
Try itSettings, Notifications, Intake Forms now has Email you: intake form submitted. It starts on, so a client finishing an intake form still emails your business address. Turn it off if that inbox is already too loud. A form your team fills in never sends this email. Type intake form in the search box if you do not see the section.
Try itOn an organisation with more than one location, Billing shows appointment counts and benefit copy across the whole organisation, not only the site you are logged into.
Try itA booking your team creates can land with the deposit still due. The appointment shows Deposit due and Take $X when they already have a card, or Send card request when they do not. Online self-serve still takes the deposit at booking, and a recurring series never takes one. On a course, a pet card reads Deposit Paid once it is in.
Try itOn a plan that bills a fixed weekday, you can start someone today even when today is not that weekday. The first payment covers the days until the next billing day, shown on the enrol screen, and their included benefits for that part-week are available in full. Every payment after that is the normal cycle price on the weekday. Collect first payment today on a future start is still a full cycle, and a plan change is never prorated.
Try itSay the things people check before they hand over a dog. Add a short chip with an icon under Settings, Business Details, About, and it sits on your showcase page. Assign it to particular people instead and it lands on their team card, so a first-aid certificate or a breed specialism shows next to the person who holds it.
Try itA service can list more than one thing that has to come first, and now you say how they combine. Has completed any opens the service as soon as the pet has done one of them, so a local assessment or a bus assessment can both lead to boarding. Has completed all holds it until every one is done. The wording follows what counts as met, so a booked-only rule reads Has booked any.
Try itA membership plan can now count everyone over the same week while each member still pays from the day they joined. Pick Fixed benefit week, billed from their start date on the plan and choose the weekday. Nobody waits to join, a mid-week joiner gets the full allowance for the days that are left, and their first payment is a normal full cycle. It needs every capped benefit on the plan to refresh weekly, and it applies to people who join after you save.
Try itAdd to Google Calendar on an appointment opens Google with the visit already written out: the pets, the service, the time and the owner. Handy when a groomer keeps a personal diary beside the roster. It is a one-off copy rather than a link between the two calendars, and the dialog says so, so a change made in Petboost afterwards does not follow it across.
Try itDesign the button that sits on your website and copy the code for it, without asking anyone to write any. Choose the colour, how round the corners are and the font your site uses, watch it change as you go, then paste the snippet into your site. It sits in Settings and in the going-live tools. Book now opens your showcase page, and an Existing Clients button beside it opens your booking form.
Try itTell us what you are coming from and we do the move for you. The card sits on Account Setup: pick your current software, say roughly how many customers and pets you have, and send it.
Try itEach night of a booked stay carries the rate it was booked at, so the calendar reads the same as the fee line on the invoice. A sibling pet sharing the stay keeps their own nights off this pet checkout.
Try itThe email telling you a client has completed a form links straight to that response, rather than to the list it sits in.
Try itThe date of birth badge reads in years, months and weeks, and opens to show the exact number of days. On a phone the pet tile carries gender and desexed beside it.
Try itAsk Grazi first, and when you have spoken to a person before, View past chats with the team sits under the answer and opens the whole history. The button only appears when you actually have one, so a first-time question is not cluttered by an empty inbox.
Try itAn override you have set on a pet can be changed or lifted from their profile rather than only added. Services that are taught as course lessons count towards a prerequisite too, so a puppy class that runs as a course satisfies a rule that asks for it.
Try itPick a date on Customers and Pets and you get every pet owner who has not booked since then, including people who have never had an appointment, with their pets and the date they last came in. Add the ones who have replied STOP if you want those too, untick anyone you are keeping, and archive the rest in one run. It works through them steadily with a Stop button in reach, and you can bring any single customer back from their own profile.
Try itRetire a course template you have finished running, and unarchive it from the same place when you want it back. Courses already on the calendar carry on and keep their template. A template is held back only while a course from it is still to finish, and the dialog names those courses so you know what to close first. Turn on the archived filter on the template list to see what you have put away.
Try itGive a cancellation fee back to the customer who paid it. Refund Cancellation Fee sits beside Issue Refund on the appointment, asks you to confirm, and returns the full fee to the card it came off. The fee then drops out of your sales figures and the activity log records that it was charged and refunded. Fees you took in cash or by bank transfer are settled your own way, so they are not offered here.
Try itYour listing page carries a Before you book panel with the things a customer checks first: whether a vaccination certificate is required, how much notice you need to change or cancel, whether a card is needed to book, instant confirmation, and any weight limits. Add your Google review link and your rating and review count show on the page. In the editor you can draft the About copy and pull photos straight out of appointments once you have confirmed you have permission to use them.
Try itPut your Google Ads Conversion ID and label, your Meta Pixel ID and your Google Analytics Measurement ID on Settings under Branding, and a finished booking reports to your own advertising accounts as a conversion carrying the booking total and the appointment ID. Leave a field empty to keep that platform off. Google Ads needs both the ID and the label before it will fire.
Try itEmailed invoices say tax invoice and show the GST line only when the business has a GST registration on the account. Everyone else sees invoice, with no tax row on New Sale or Purchase Package.
Try itGive a team member or a resource a colour of their own and the calendar paints their bookings with it while it is in that colour mode. Status and care colouring keep their own modes untouched. A resource can carry a photo as well, so a room, a yard or a van is recognisable at a glance.
Try itThe places you go every day stay in view. Your catalogue, your people and your setup sit under headings you can collapse, and Marketing and Sales gathers the hub, the Health Board and Social Studio in one group. A course that is on the calendar sits with Appointments rather than in the catalogue. The header carries a create button for the four things you add most, and Settings is grouped the same way.
Try itFilter the day by whether a room, yard or run is empty, part full or full, so you can answer the phone knowing where there is room. A space with no capacity set is never counted as full, and the count comes off the whole day, so a search or a status chip cannot change it.
Try itA pending form shows whether it went by SMS or by email and which number or address it went to, so you know what to chase when a customer says they never got it.
Try itMission Control gains Report Cards to Send and Report Cards Sent on the spotlight board. Tick the visits you want or take the lot, and one send goes out at a steady pace, each owner getting the link to the report card for their pet. A card that has gone moves across to Sent and stays there when you reload.
Try itSchedule a timed service during a stay as its own appointment, from your side or from the owner booking it themselves. It keeps its own time, its own staff member and its own price, and it shows on the stay so the whole visit reads in one place.
Try itDecide who can book by what a pet has actually done. Require a whole course to be finished rather than a single session, gate a service on library and custom attributes, and lift the history requirement for one pet from their own profile when you know they are ready. Staff-only badges stay on your side and their names never reach the owner booking page.
Try itCorrect a pass from the customer profile. Change how many credits are left on it, and switch it between one shared pool and credits held per service, without taking a payment or putting a refund through.
Try itGive each service in a package its own credit count on Basic Info. Publishing waits until every service in the package has a quantity, and the warning before you publish names only the changes that move a balance a customer already holds.
Try itArchiving a team member offers to move what they still hold to whoever is taking it: upcoming bookings, recurring series, unpaid past appointments, and add-ons that sit on bookings run by someone else. Move to a name and archive does both steps at once, and More migrate options is there when you want to choose a start date or leave some appointments where they are.
Try itRoster grouping covers team members, resources and anything nobody is on yet. A booking that has both a person and a resource shows on both rows.
Try itEmail and phone sit on the team member row as badges you can copy with one tap.
Try itMessages gains the housekeeping a busy inbox needs. Archive a conversation you have finished with, mark one unread so you come back to it, and hide the threads that are only automated reminders so the list holds real conversations. The thread you have open is in the address, so a refresh keeps you where you were and a customer profile can open straight into theirs.
Try itSwitch online booking off in Booking Settings and your listing page stays up as a shopfront: your description, your team, your badges, your photos, your opening hours and your contact details. Services, packages, courses, memberships, the price list and the booking buttons come off it. A confirmation spells out what a pet owner will see before you save.
Try itDates that carry a public holiday or weekday rate are marked in the picker on Regular and Stay bookings, and the rate shows in the running total while you choose. You can set a rate for a date range without leaving the booking you are in.
Try itTake Pets or Photo Tiles off the Day and Week menus if your desk has no use for them. The last view you have left stays put.
Try itChoose Number of nights on a Stay service while you are creating it, and clear a fixed start time carried over from the Regular setup in the same form.
Try itSell Package on a customer profile opens their Wallet with the purchase form already up, whichever tab you were on.
Try itYour booking page now has a short address you can read off a flyer: pbbook.now followed by your business name. Copy it from Settings under Quick Copy Links, then put it in a text or on a printed card, and it opens your showcase page. If you rename the business later, a link you have already printed still lands on you.
Try itWhen a pet's birthday falls within a month either side of today, Generate Birthday Instagram Post appears on the pet profile, on the appointment and in Mission Control quick actions. It lays out a 9:16 story in your colours, logo and font with the pet's photo and name, ready to preview and save as a PNG.
Try itDrag your services, packages and membership plans into the order you want, and that order is the one customers read on your booking page and showcase. Open Sort & Group, choose Reorder, drag the list, then tap Done. Sort & Group also sorts your own staff list by Name, Price, Duration or Self-Service, saved in your browser. Custom service categories drag into place on Settings > Service Categories.
Try itSee the day as session rows: one row per team member, resource and start time, with the pets on that session as named faces. Drag a regular timed booking onto another row to move it. Open Roster from the view switcher on Mission Control, on desktop and on the phone.
Try itChoose whether a custom pet attribute stays with your team or appears on the pet owner profile. Business Only is the default, and every custom attribute already on your book behaves as Business Only. Pet Owner & Business shows the badge to the owner on the pet profile. Care type is separate: a Business Only Major care badge still fills the special-care columns.
Try itPublic holiday, weekday and date-range rates apply to overnight stays, charged night by night: each night takes the rate for the date it starts, the checkout morning is never charged, and a stay across Christmas and Boxing Day carries exactly its two holiday nights as named lines. Day boarding takes the day rate. Pet owners see the rate on the date while they book, every amount is in the total before they confirm, and bookings made before a rate change keep their booked price.
Try itText the owner a secure add-card link straight from the appointment. Send SMS sits on the No card on file alert, and Send request SMS sits on the No card badge, so you can ask for a payment method while you are looking at the visit that needs one. The owner needs a mobile number on their profile.
Try itThe tab you are on is part of the appointment address, so a link can open on Notes & Attachments, Messages, Packages or the Activity Log. Copy the address to send a colleague to the exact tab, and a refresh or a back tap lands on the tab you were reading.
Try itTurn on Team Members and Resources together under Group By and the board shows a column for each person and each room, so you can see who is where without switching modes.
Try itAdd a ready-made set of booking rules from Recommended on Pet Attributes. Filter by the kind of work you do, pick the sets that match, and they land as real price, time and cap rules on those attributes. What you preview is what gets saved.
Try itPrice, time and cap adjustments from a pet attribute show as badges on the calendar, the invoice and Mission Control cards, so you can read the effect without opening the form.
Cap how many members a plan takes. Set the limit on the plan details, and once the plan is full it carries a full badge and stops taking enrolments, both on your booking site and when your team enrols someone. Leave the limit empty for a plan with no cap.
Try itTurn on Show Cancelled Events and choose whether cancelled recurring series come with it. Show Recurring puts the whole cancelled run on the calendar and marks the series a business ended, so you can read what was called off without leaving the schedule.
Try itEdit your showcase page with the page itself in front of you. Set your primary and secondary colours, your button colours and a showcase video, and choose which sections appear. The preview updates as you work, everything publishes together, and Petboost tells you when a section you are hiding is one that helps customers find you.
Try itThe members view carries what each member has redeemed and the fees they have paid to date, marks a plan that is waiting to activate, and surfaces credits sitting unused. Plans sharing a name carry a badge so you can tell them apart, and each billing cycle is listed once.
Try itGive a pet attribute its own booking rules. Add a percentage or a fixed amount to the price, add or take away minutes, and cap how many pets carrying that attribute you take at once, set per team member or per resource. The appointment form shows the adjustment while you build the booking.
A pet owner can open a boarding stay they have already booked and move it themselves. The form opens on their current check in and check out, and the times they chose hold while they change the dates.
Try itMoving an attendee to another course shows how each session maps across before you commit, and names the dates that clash. Choose the pet first and Petboost pairs the sessions by date.
Try itChoose your brand font by category, and Petboost warns you when a font will be hard to read at small sizes before you put it on your page.
Try itEach weekday on a team member's roster now starts collapsed with its hours summarised on the card, so a full week fits on one screen. Copying a day or a weekday to other days opens in the same full-screen dialog used elsewhere in Petboost.
Try itWrite the description that sits above your services on your showcase page, add badges for the things you want customers to notice, and post an announcement with an expiry date on it. The announcement runs as a ticker across the top of the page and a customer can dismiss it.
Try itA failed payment carries the reason from the bank in plain English, on the appointment and in the customer wallet, with what to do about it. Insufficient funds, an expired card, a security code that did not match. Pet owners see the same reason written for them when they go to settle it.
Try itMembership plans spell out what a member pays, the day their allowance refreshes and how many included uses are left, in the plan builder, on the benefit cards, in the redemption log and on the pet owner membership page.
Try itWhile Petboost works out which benefits a member has, the form says Checking benefits, and where no benefit covers the booking it says Full price. You can read what a member is being charged before you save.
Try itOwner, wallet, membership and appointment chips on the customers and pets list open the tab they refer to on the pet profile, so a tap on a membership chip lands you on memberships.
Try itCharge a different rate on a public holiday or on a given weekday. Set it as a percentage or a flat amount, name it in your own words, choose which services it covers, and publish it on your showcase page. Each holiday can take the policy rate or its own. Pet owners see the rate on the date while they book, and the amount is in the total before they confirm.
Try itEvery pet has a year in review built from the visits, notes, grooming and photos already on their record. Open it from the pet profile as a story you scroll, skinned in your brand colours, and export a keepsake PDF to give the owner. Pet owners can open their own from their pet page.
Try itChoose how you collect an outstanding cancellation fee: the card on file, a payment link sent by SMS, a bank transfer, cash, or another method you record yourself. The choice sits on the appointment, on the calendar and on the Mission Control attention card, and the fee is marked paid against the method you used.
Try itSelect several services, packages, resources or team members and choose whether to archive them or remove them, in one dialog. Archive keeps every record and hides them from daily views. Delete takes them out. The dialog says which is which before you confirm and reports what happened to each one.
Try itAsk Grazi for a person and a form opens in the chat. Pick how urgent it is, describe what is happening, and it reaches our team with the conversation attached.
See how it worksCreating a run of appointments in one go, choose whether every date takes the same start time or set a time on each date. The review step counts how many you have moved and how many appointments it is about to create.
Try itGenerate a post on your phone and save it straight to your camera roll through the share sheet, in the browser and in the installed app, ready to put on Instagram from the same device.
Try itMoving between pages draws a progress bar across the top of the window, in the business app and the pet owner app, including jumps made from the command palette.
The payment collection card on Mission Control carries an explainer listing which appointment statuses count towards the expected revenue for the day or the week you have selected.
Try itWhere a filter leaves the pet list with nothing in it, the empty state offers to include archived records so you can widen the search in one tap.
Try itHelp links on billing and registration open a chat with the team, and a support email that links back into Petboost lands you on the right conversation.
Try itBuild a booking link with services and add-ons already chosen, from the menu on the Services page. Pick the combination you want to promote, copy the link, and put it in an email, an Instagram bio or a Google listing. Customers open it with those options selected and pick their pet.
Try itSee how often customers come back for the same package. The Packages tab in Reporting shows your average repurchase period, the repeat customers and repurchases behind it, and a breakdown by package type, so you can tell which packages people renew and which they buy once.
Try itA customer with a declined appointment charge or membership payment can settle it from their own wallet. Everything outstanding is listed in one place, they can add or replace the card on file, and each payment is retried where it sits with the result shown on screen.
Try itFields you have marked required for customers carry an amber hint on the staff pet and owner forms. Your team can see what a complete record looks like and still save a partial one while they are on the phone.
Try itOpen a preview from Booking Settings to see the page a pet owner lands on while online booking is switched off. The setting reads Online Booking throughout, and its description spells out what customers can and cannot do while it is off.
Try itA single control on the plan sets the day members are billed and the day their benefit allowance starts again, so you configure renewal and reset in one place.
Try itA pet carries its date of birth on the summary card beside its name, so the age is on screen the moment you open the profile.
Try itA recurring series can take an alternative time on a date that is already busy, while holding the same day of the week. Switch Flexible times off to see only the series where every date lands on your exact time.
Try itPin a preferred start time when you check availability, or hand Petboost a From and To window to search inside. The pickers mark any time that falls outside your working hours, and results are ranked around the start you asked for.
Try itRead the state of every membership from the list itself. Each member carries their pets and a ring per benefit showing how much of the allowance is left, and the list groups and sorts by plan, status, join date and renewal.
Try itYour forms preview as a working form you can type into, in the builder, on the form summary card, and inside the booking flow simulation. Fill it in the way a customer will and watch the questions and the required fields behave as they do live.
Try itBanner and avatar uploads open the crop tool the moment you pick a file, locked to the shape that slot needs, with a line of guidance on what fits. Crop once and the cropped image uploads in the same step.
Try itThe attributes you created for your business sit beside the Petboost ones in the customer filters. Pick any combination to narrow the list, and the selection stays in the URL so you can bookmark a view or send it to the team.
Try itBulk create with Magic Availability Check off opens a review step listing every date at your chosen start time. Expand any date to give it a time of its own or leave it out, then create the lot in one pass.
Try itA customer can take up to ten dates through the booking form in a single pass. The calendar turns multi select once the first date is picked, every extra date gets its own availability check and its own slot, and the Review step lays out each date with its price and timeline. Add-ons apply across all dates or are set date by date, and the deposit total covers the whole set before anything is confirmed.
Try itConfirmation replies count for a full 48 hours after the appointment start time. If you send reminders several days ahead, a customer who answers in their own time on the morning of the booking is comfortably inside the window.
Try itA monthly benefit resets when the member is billed, so the allowance follows their subscription period rather than the calendar. Someone who joined on the 20th gets their full month between the 20th and the 19th.
Try itA customer who has already booked can open their appointment and add a nail trim or a teeth clean themselves. The extras on offer are your real add-on services, filtered to what applies to that pet, and the price breakdown updates in place. It applies to pending and confirmed bookings, and any discount already on the booking is kept.
Try itCharging a booking days before it happens now asks you to confirm, and tells you exactly how early it is. The check runs wherever a charge can start: the appointment itself, Mission Control, the quick menu and the bulk charge on the attention card.
Try itChange a plan and rebuild its terms and conditions to match in one click. Regenerate reads the benefits, pricing and policies currently on the plan and writes the terms body from them, so the document a member agrees to always matches what you are selling.
Try itPlans that are the same offer at different frequencies sit together as one card with the options inside it. This applies everywhere a customer or your team picks a plan: your public page, the enrolment dialog and the plans list.
Try itA booking that used a membership benefit carries a redemption badge wherever package credits already show, so you can tell at a glance what a member has drawn down. Staff can also stamp a benefit onto a booking they have zeroed by hand, which records what the discount was for.
Try itFind every active member, every lapsed one, or everybody on a particular plan from the customer list. The same filters carry into a bulk email, so you can write to one plan without exporting a list and rebuilding it by hand.
Try itA deposit taken at booking appears as its own line in payment activity, and activity can be filtered by type. Customers see the same breakdown in their wallet, so the question of what was paid and when has an answer on screen.
Try itExport a date-ranged log book of mobile stops with booked and recorded times and the drive legs between them, as CSV or PDF, and see an estimated cents-per-kilometre claim in the same dialog. Trips Booster is a paid add-on.
Try itCustom fields you have marked as required are now gathered while a customer books, not chased afterwards. Petboost works out what is missing from that pet and owner, asks for it in the booking flow, and will not let the booking finish until it has it. A field can only be made required if customers are allowed to edit it.
Try itPetboost learns the normal visit rhythm for each pet and tells you who has slipped past it, split into 7 to 13 days overdue and 14 days or more. Overdue pets appear on the customers screen, can be filtered and exported, and are available as a segment for a bulk message, so a lapsing regular is something you notice rather than something you find out about later.
Try itNotes on an appointment, and notes on a pet in a course lesson, now accept PDFs as well as images. A vet letter or a behaviour report can sit with the visit it belongs to instead of in an inbox.
Try itTake money up front so a no-show costs you less. Set a default in Settings under Pricing & Payments: Pre-pay in Full charges the whole booking, or a partial deposit takes 5% to 95% or a fixed amount, with the balance collected after the service. Any service can override it or opt out. Refunds are automatic on a decline or an in-time cancellation, though banks take 5 to 10 business days to show them. Deposits apply to self-serve bookings outside a recurring series, and a customer needs a card on file to complete one.
Try itRoll a deposit policy across your catalogue in one pass instead of opening every service. Deposit policy is now a field in bulk service update and in copy settings, and it moves as a single unit, so the mode and its percentage or fixed amount always land together and no service is left holding half a policy.
Try itMembership billing now counts in your revenue totals and appears in the sales report alongside appointments, packages and sales, so the Overview tab shows everything you actually bill.
Try itForm submissions on an appointment now collapse into an accordion, so a booking with several completed forms stays readable and you can open just the one you need.
Try itYou can now create an appointment payment link and copy it yourself instead of texting it. Useful when you would rather paste the link into an email, a message thread you are already in, or hand it over in person, without spending an SMS credit.
Try itOn a shared front-desk machine, team members can switch accounts without a full sign-out and sign-in. Archived team members are locked out at the same time, so someone who has left cannot get back in on a terminal that was left open.
See how it worksMobile services now handle the visit address separately from the owner profile address, and flag it when the two do not match, so a van never gets sent to an old address that was quietly left on file.
Try itNew Communications Booster subscribers get 50 percent off for their first three months with the code MESSAGING50. Communications Booster adds a dedicated number and a two-way inbox, and the discount applies to the add-on only, never to your base plan.
Try itTurn any service, package, membership or course into a branded Instagram post you can download. Petboost pre-fills the copy from the item you pick and pulls in your brand colours, then you edit the text, swap the finish, and export a ready-to-post image. No design tool, no waiting on someone else to make it.
Try itPost your real openings without typing them out. Available Times reads your live booking availability and lays it out as a branded Instagram image in ten layouts and five finishes, exported as a PNG. Fill a quiet week by showing people exactly when you are free.
Try itWhen someone joins a plan after they have already booked, you can now push their benefits back onto bookings that predate the membership. The discount lands on the existing appointments instead of you rebuilding them by hand.
Try itRolling classes let people join an ongoing programme at any point rather than only at the start of a fixed course. The courses list also gained filtering and sorting, so finding the right instance is quick once you are running several at once.
Try itThe troubleshooter now explains when a service cannot be booked because its duration does not line up with your booking interval, which is one of the commonest reasons a slot that looks free will not accept a booking.
Try itWhen a pet owner picks a date they already have the same service booked on, the booking form now tells them which appointment clashes and offers to move them to the next available date, instead of failing with an error they cannot act on.
Try itCustom fields are now first-class in search and reporting. Filter your customer and pet lists on any custom field, and include those columns in a Smart Export, so the data you collect is data you can actually segment and pull out.
Try itWhen you extend or edit a recurring series, Petboost now warns you about dates in the run that were previously cancelled, so a one-off cancellation does not quietly reappear on the calendar.
Try itTrips and route views now have a mobile bottom navigation bar and a route sidebar, so a driver working from a phone between stops can move through the run without pinching and scrolling around a desktop layout.
Try itMessaging moved to a new provider, with failover for businesses on a dedicated number. Delivery is steadier and a problem with one route no longer stops your reminders going out.
See how it worksUploaded vaccination certificates now go through a review step instead of being taken on trust. You see the certificate, approve or reject it, and can require approval before a booking is allowed to go ahead. Turn the gate on in booking settings when you want proof checked by a person before the pet arrives.
Try itAppointments now surface the previous visit for that pet and let you copy its notes across in one action, so the blade length, the temperament note, and the handling instructions carry forward without retyping.
Try itMembership benefits can now take a fixed dollar amount off a service, not just a percentage. Offer members $10 off a groom or $25 off a daycare day, which is far easier to advertise than a percentage that lands on an odd number.
Try itThe packages view now shows the date each package was purchased and lets you filter the list, so tracking down a specific customer balance takes seconds instead of scrolling.
Try itWhen an appointment is missing signed terms, a card on file, or a vaccination certificate, you can now text the owner a request in one tap. The action appears in Mission Control quick actions and on the appointment list, only when the item is actually missing and the owner has a mobile number, and it sends on the transactional path so it does not need Communications Booster.
Try itChange a service price and Petboost now offers to rebaseline the bookings already on the calendar. Choose to lift future appointments to the new price instead of honouring an old rate for months, or leave them as they are.
Try itBefore a charge goes through, Petboost checks whether a package credit should have covered it and warns you, and prompts the customer to top up when a balance is running low. Fewer customers get charged twice for something they had already prepaid.
Try itInvoice lines now carry badges showing where each amount came from, such as a package credit, a membership benefit, or a discount, so an invoice explains itself when a customer queries it.
Try itDefine your own pet attributes and use them everywhere the built-in ones appear. Track the things that matter to your business, whether that is coat type, a handling flag, or a kennel preference, and see them on the pet profile and on appointments.
Try itGrazi can now offer interactive buttons instead of asking you to type an answer, so narrowing down a question takes a tap rather than a sentence.
Try itPetboost now emails and texts owners before a vaccination lapses, so certificates get renewed ahead of the next visit instead of being discovered out of date at the door.
Try itWhen setting up a service category, you can now add every relevant team member or resource in one step rather than attaching them one at a time.
Try itA board that sorts your client base into columns by spend and engagement, so you can see at a glance who is slipping away and who is worth looking after. Each column can be emailed as a segment.
Try itA pet owner account can now be reached from a second phone number, so a partner, co-owner, or family member logs in to the same account and manages the same pets. Add a second number with a label like "Partner" or "Mum" to the owner profile, and that person signs in with their own phone and a one-time code. Everyone sees the same bookings, the same pets, and the same history, with no shared password to pass around.
Try itPayout lines now resolve back to the owner through the invoice, so reconciling a Stripe payout against the customers who paid is accurate rather than approximate.
Try itTake and review payment from the appointment itself, with refunds handled in the same place. Refunds processed outside Petboost are reconciled back against the booking so the record matches what actually happened in Stripe.
Try itSee exactly what was deducted from each transaction and which owners made up a payout, so the money that lands in your bank account can be traced back to the bookings that produced it.
Try itResend the confirmation for an appointment straight from the booking, for when an owner deletes the email or swears it never arrived.
Try itWhen a slot will not book and you cannot see why, the troubleshooter walks the day as the system sees it and tells you what is blocking it, whether that is working hours, capacity, a resource clash, or an eligibility rule.
Try itForms are now archived before they can be deleted, so retiring a form no longer risks orphaning the submissions attached to it. Existing submissions stay linked to the appointment and customer they belong to.
Try itBooking several pets from one household now shows the pricing as it will actually be charged, including any multi-pet rate, before you confirm.
Try itYour QR booking cards, window decals, and counter flyers now generate as branded, print-ready PDFs with your logo, colours, and a code that opens your booking page. Print them for the counter, the window, or to hand out.
Try itBuilding and editing a membership plan has been reworked into a clearer flow, with validation that tells you what is wrong before you save rather than after.
Try itEditing a recurring series now warns you about what your change will do to the rest of the run before it is applied, so a small edit does not quietly rewrite months of bookings.
Try itEvery pet now carries a scannable ID card in the pet owner app, branded to the business they are visiting that day. Staff scan it at reception to jump straight to the pet and today's appointment and check them in, no searching through profiles. It sits alongside Kiosk Mode as a faster front-desk option for regulars.
Try itMembers are kept in the loop automatically at every stage: a welcome on enrolment, billing confirmations on each renewal, and clear messages when a plan is paused or cancelled. Every email and SMS is previewable per plan, so you can see exactly what your members receive.
Try itAttach your own terms to any membership plan as a PDF and have members agree to them at the point of enrolment. Migrated members are captured too, so you have a signed record on file for everyone on a plan.
Try itWhen you enrol a member yourself, a card on file is now required so every renewal collects automatically, the same way it does when a pet owner signs up from their portal.
Try itPetboost works out which package credit fits an appointment and applies it for you, instead of you matching credits to services by hand.
Try itBilling now breaks down how your SMS allowance is being spent, and individual clients can be set to prefer email over SMS, so you are not paying to text people who would rather not be texted.
Try itSet daily, weekly and monthly revenue targets and see how you are tracking at a glance. A summary ribbon on the Revenue Calendar shows today, this week and this month against target, so the whole team knows where the day stands.
Try itCheck-in and check-out now record where they happened, which gives mobile and walking services a verifiable record of the visit for the owner.
Try itPausing a membership now shows you the appointments that fall inside the pause window, so you can see which bookings will lose their member pricing before you commit to the dates.
Try itWhen a returning client checks in with their phone number, they confirm their details and agree to your terms in a short, focused flow instead of walking back through full profile setup. New clients still get the complete onboarding.
Try itThe tags you set on pets and owners now do more work. Filter your pet search by tag, and target bulk emails to exactly the tagged group you want, so a message meant for VIPs or the puppy program reaches only them.
Try itAssign a different team member to individual visits in a series rather than the whole run, and force a specific time on a single service when the calculated slot is not the one you want.
Try itGrazi has been upgraded to Claude Sonnet 5, the biggest single jump in her capability since launch. She handles messy real-world questions better, reasons more sharply over your live bookings, revenue, customers, pets and team, reads screenshots you share, and drafts customer messages that need less editing. She still hands off to our human team in one tap whenever you want a person.
Try itThe booking form now does the same job in far fewer clicks and a lot less scrolling, with none of the depth lost. Magic Availability Check still finds real slots across your team, rooms and capacity and can assign staff for you, Quick Create still places a booking exactly where you want it, and several services and several pets from one household still go into a single appointment. It stays fast for a solo operator and opens up for a multi-location team on the same screen. Overnight stays keep their own hotel-style check-in and check-out form.
Try itTidying up appointment photos is much quicker. Open the photos area, choose Select, then tick one, some, or all photos in a full-screen view and remove them together instead of one at a time.
Try itBring back a membership plan you previously archived with one click. Retired plans keep their history and subscribers, and reappear in your active list when you restore them.
Try itVisit frequency badges now appear on non-recurring appointments too, so you can see how often a client visits at a glance across your whole diary, not just recurring bookings.
Try itRun your front desk on two screens. Mission Control gives your team the whole day at a glance, while Kiosk Mode turns an iPad into a self-service check-in station for pet owners. Customers check themselves in with their phone number, accept your terms and waivers, upload vaccination certificates, add a card on file, and buy prepaid packages. A four-digit staff code is needed to leave the kiosk, and the iPad signs itself out after a short idle period so the next person never sees someone else's details. Check-ins appear on Mission Control the moment they happen.
Try itBreed search now matches on breed names and sorts by relevance, so the breed you are looking for appears first even with a partial or multi-word search.
Try itMembership plans now appear on your public business page and owners can join, view and manage their own membership from the pet owner app, without going through you first.
Try itOwners with an outstanding balance now see a clear banner in the pet owner app with a way to pay it, rather than only finding out when you chase them.
Try itThe appointment form now catches overlaps and invalid combinations as you build the booking, rather than failing on save once you have already entered everything.
Try itMembers imported from your previous system arrive as migration memberships and become active the moment the owner attaches a card, with reminders sent before the deadline and the subscription cancelled automatically if no card arrives.
Try itGroup your membership plans into categories, then search and filter to find the right plan in seconds. Handy once you offer several plans across different service types.
Try itA guided health check that reviews how your account is set up and how your recent bookings are running, then flags anything worth attention with a plain-language explanation and a direct link to the exact place to fix it. It looks at booking-form setup, schedule and capacity configuration, and recent booking behaviour, so you can see at a glance whether your account is set up to convert and run smoothly.
Try itWallet and membership activity now live together in one Wallet Activity view, with clearer filtering by activity type and status so you can trace credits, charges, and membership events in one place.
Try itClear a batch of outstanding balances in one pass. Bulk charging now supports more than saved cards, so you can settle a group of appointments across multiple payment methods without stepping through the payments screen one at a time.
Try itSeventeen new email notifications cover the moments that previously needed a manual message, including payment problems, membership changes, and appointment updates. Each one is previewable so you can see exactly what your customers receive before you switch it on.
Try itGrazi can now work inside a messaging thread and read your package catalogue, so she can answer a customer question about what you sell with your actual offering rather than a general answer.
Try itAn optional Mission Control toggle that skips the payment review step when you drag an appointment straight to Paid, so you can clear a busy board faster. It resets when you close the tab, so it never stays on by accident.
Try itThe appointment page has been rebuilt around what you actually do on it. Payment, forms, notes, timeline and actions each have their own panel, so a busy booking with several pets and services stays readable and the next action is always visible.
Try itNew customers booking online now verify their mobile number and are prompted for the details you need, which cuts down on unreachable bookings and missing pet information.
Try itMembership benefits now apply automatically when you take payment. Included services and member discounts are recognised at checkout and on invoices, and multi-pet plans price correctly with an additional pet surcharge (billing only; all pets on a membership share its included benefits).
Try itApply a prepaid package credit to an appointment straight from the quick actions menu, without opening the full payment flow.
Try itThe packages catalogue gained search, filtering and image display, so a long list of prepaid bundles is browsable for both you and your customers.
Try itA membership can now cover several pets on one plan, with the billing and the benefit scope reflecting how many pets are on it. Households with two or three dogs get one plan and one charge.
Try itDeclines, failures and refunds now report what actually happened and what to do next, instead of a generic error that leaves you unsure whether the customer was charged.
Try itEnterprise HQ can copy brand assets from one location to another, so opening a new site starts from your existing branding rather than a blank setup.
Try itMove a booking to a different location without cancelling and rebuilding it, which matters when a multi-site business shifts a customer between branches.
Try itWhen you make a booking on behalf of a client, you can now skip the automatic form send, so someone standing at your counter is not texted paperwork they have just filled in with you.
Try itExport your appointment list and outstanding package balances to CSV for reconciliation, reporting, or handing to your bookkeeper.
Try itServices can now be restricted by animal type, and availability respects it, so a cat cannot be booked into a dog-only service and your availability reflects what you actually accept.
Try itA completed form now attaches to the appointment it was collected for, so the intake answers sit with the booking instead of in a separate list you have to go and find.
Try itTravel time and route ordering have been improved for mobile and walking services, so a day of stops is sequenced more sensibly and the gaps between them reflect real driving time.
Try itTurn any day or week into a warm, plain-language recap your team can read at a glance. Team Recap pulls your revenue, appointments, services and standout moments into a shareable message inside your Today, This Week and Overview reports. Pick the tone, then copy and share it with the team.
Try itChanges to pet and owner details and quick notes are recorded on the profile timeline with who made them, so the history of a record is there when you need it.
Try itTeam member profiles now show the course templates they run, so assigning an instructor to a class is based on what they actually teach.
Try itText a customer a link to pay, and see whether the message was delivered. Chasing an unpaid balance no longer means guessing whether the message arrived.
Try itService performers can now add and manage their own blocked time from My Day, so a lunch break or a personal appointment gets off the bookable calendar without going through an admin.
Try itSelect several instances in a recurring series and cancel them together, rather than cancelling one appointment at a time.
Try itThe package creation wizard now has a dedicated step for choosing services and setting individual credit quantities. Pick between a shared credit pool where all services draw from one balance, or per-service allocation where each service gets its own capped quantity. Clearer for multi-service packages with different visit counts per service type.
Try itSelect multiple rows on your services, packages and team lists and act on all of them at once, instead of opening each record to make the same change.
Try itAdd images to packages and team member profiles from a gallery in bulk, so setting up a catalogue with photos does not mean a separate upload for every item.
Try itAbandoned booking detection now covers returning clients as well as new ones, giving you visibility into drop-offs across your entire client base. Abandoned bookings surface in your Mission Control attention queue with the pet, service, and drop-off point. Communications Booster subscribers also get personalised auto-reach-out texts drafted from the booking context, so recovery messages feel natural and land faster.
Try itA dedicated streamlined run sheet for team members who only need to see their own schedule. No noise from other calendars. Works equally well for mobile groomers on the road and premise-based staff at the salon, with day and week views, quick filters, and the same run sheet detail cards as Mission Control.
Try itA detailed chronological view of your day using mini appointment cards with inline form responses, notes, and status-aware action buttons. Sort by start time, pet name, or service. Group by start time, appointment status, team member, resource, service, service category, or course. Filter by status, team member, resource, service category, and payment method.
Try itPick the page Petboost opens on for your business, so a grooming salon can land on the calendar and a daycare can land on Mission Control.
Try itYour notes look the way you wrote them. Bold, italic, links, and lists all display correctly on appointment cards and the timeline view, so care instructions and grooming notes are clear at a glance without clicking into edit mode.
Try itNotification settings have been reorganised so you can see every message in one place, and override the defaults for an individual service when one type of booking needs different messaging from the rest.
Try itA visual refresh of the appointment card across Mission Control, the calendar, and appointment views. Pet photos render with smart placeholders, the sidebar layout is cleaner with improved spacing, and status indicators are easier to read at a glance.
Try itFollow-on speed improvements to Day, Week, and Month views. Header templates no longer re-render unnecessarily, and the Month expanded mode handles large appointment volumes without slowdown.
Try itImproved handling when a pet owner returns to the booking form after time away. The experience now guides them back in seamlessly rather than showing an error page.
See how it worksGrant a package at no charge by choosing Complimentary (no charge) at checkout, and decide how many of its credits to give. Grant the lot, or a few as a goodwill gesture, and the balance is recorded like any other package.
Try itStaff can complete an intake form for a client at the counter or over the phone. The submission records who completed it and that it was staff-completed.
Try itDrag an appointment to a new time and see a visual preview of where it will land before confirming. Clearer feedback when moving appointments and fewer accidental changes.
Try itSet daily and weekly recurring reminders for standing appointments, with smart suppression so a client on a weekly walk is not messaged about every single visit. Configurable per service and previewable before it goes out.
Try itIf you open the same service, setting, or form in multiple browser tabs, the second tab shows a warning with the number of unsaved changes and lets you choose which tab to keep editing in. Prevents accidental overwrites when working across tabs on the same device.
Bulk SMS announcements now merge in each client's details so a message sent to hundreds still reads like it was written for one. Preview the final wording before sending, resume a batch that was interrupted, and opt-outs are handled for you.
Try itActive membership holders now show a member badge on their appointment cards, making it easy to see at a glance who is on a membership plan.
Try itTags on a pet or an owner now show on the appointment card in every calendar view and in the attribute tooltip, so a flag you set on the profile travels onto the day.
Try itA ground-up rebuild of Mission Control for speed and reliability. The calendar loads 2-3x faster, businesses with high daily volumes no longer experience delays, and drag-and-drop finally works reliably on iPad and touch devices. The #1 iPad support complaint is fixed.
Try itA new calendar view that shows revenue per day instead of individual appointments. See at a glance which days are your biggest earners, spot quiet days that need filling, and compare revenue across your week without switching to reports.
Try itFrom a pet or owner, select any of their upcoming appointments, recurring or one-off, and cancel them together with progress shown as it runs.
Try itService category colours now display consistently across all appointment card views, the kanban board, and the daily timeline for easier visual scanning.
Try itA sensitive, dedicated flow for recording when a pet has passed. The pet is gently archived with its full history preserved, future bookings are handled, and the profile is clearly marked so your team never accidentally contacts the owner about that pet.
Try itRun every location from one consolidated dashboard. Compare performance side by side with cross-location reporting, switch between sites in a click, and manage billing for the whole organisation in one place.
Try itIntake forms linked to a service now send automatically when a pet owner completes an online booking. No staff action required. The form arrives via SMS and email so it is signed and on file before the first appointment.
Try itEvery page in Petboost now has its own unique URL. Bookmark your daily Mission Control view, share a direct link to a specific pet's vaccination tab with a colleague, and use browser back and forward to navigate naturally. A full architectural migration from tab-based to route-based navigation across the entire app.
Build recurring revenue with membership plans that bundle included services and member discounts with multi-pet pricing. Pet owners purchase and manage their own memberships from their portal, benefits apply automatically at checkout, and billing is collected through Stripe on every renewal.
See how it worksPet owners can now create their account using just a mobile number. No email required. Perfect for clients who prefer texting over email.
Attention items in Mission Control are now grouped by type (draft accounts, $0 check-outs, pending approvals) with collapse/expand and bulk actions. Less noise when things are under control, instant visibility when they are not.
Build intake and consent forms with a visual drag-and-drop builder, capture electronic signatures, and assign forms to specific services. Forms send automatically via SMS and email when a client books, so paperwork is signed and on file before they walk in. Supports sections and completion notifications to your team.
See how it worksOne-tap filter chips in the Mission Control header let you instantly narrow your view to a single service category. See only grooms, only daycare, or only walks without opening a filter panel.
Capture the details that matter to your business with eight field types (Text, Textarea, Number, Dropdown, Yes/No, Date, Street Address and Location) across pet and owner profiles. Set each field to Staff Only, Client Visible, or Client Editable so you control exactly what your team sees and what clients can manage themselves. Link fields to intake forms so client answers auto-populate their profile.
See how it worksWhen a pet owner books multiple pets from the same household, the system intelligently merges them into a single grouped appointment. No more juggling separate bookings for siblings.
See how it worksWhen creating a recurring series, review all proposed dates at once in a grid. See conflicts, availability issues, and resolution options for the entire run before confirming, instead of checking one date at a time.
Set different add-on quantities for each pet in a multi-pet booking. One dog gets a nail trim, the other does not - now easy to manage.
See how it worksAdd a second reminder before an appointment on the channel you choose, so clients who miss the first nudge still get a timely heads-up. It sits alongside your existing reminder, set per service, with no duplicate messages.
See how it worksAppointments that are part of a course now show the course name and session number (e.g. "Puppy School - Session 3 of 6") on the card across Mission Control, the calendar, and the kanban board.
Visual dashboard showing your SMS credit consumption over time, message delivery rates, and auto top-up settings. See exactly where your credits go and manage your messaging costs from one place.
Understand how fully your team and resource capacity is being used over any period. Visual charts and suggested actions support staffing and scheduling decisions, showing which resources are under-utilised and where you could add more bookings.
Lifetime visit count, total spend, and service history on the customer profile, spanning the full appointment record. Staff see accurate customer value at a glance, regardless of how long the client has been with you.
One chronological story per pet: diary notes, appointment history, grooming records, and photos in a single, searchable timeline. Filter by type and search across all entries for fast reference.
A rich, full-screen service preview pet owners can open before booking. Shows pricing, duration, multi-pet rates, policies, and service area, helping clients make informed decisions before they book.
See whether your Communications Booster dedicated number is active, provisioning, or requires attention, with clear status indicators so you know exactly why sending may be disabled.
Download your data in CSV format: pets, owners, services, team members, resources, packages, balances, and appointment history. Your data belongs to you, and Petboost makes it easy to take it with you if you ever need to.
Label pets and customers with custom tags such as "VIP", "Nervous", or "Puppy Program". Tags appear on appointment cards and customer profiles, making it easy to segment, search, and recognise clients at a glance.
See how often each client visits at a glance. Visit frequency badges appear on appointment cards, customer profiles, and Mission Control, helping you identify loyal regulars and clients who may need a follow-up.
When a pet owner reschedules and your business requires booking approval, the appointment returns to "Pending" status so your team can review the new time before confirming.
A dedicated transaction summary view in Reporting & Intelligence. Filter by date range, payment type (card, cash, bank transfer), and transaction category. Export to CSV to support your bookkeeping.
Set arrival and departure time ranges for boarding and daycare that match your real operating hours. Pet owners see the available windows when booking online, and staff are guided when creating or editing stays.
Export your full service list to CSV or print a formatted price list. Useful for staff reference, marketing materials, or sharing with clients.
Pet owners can open a full report card for any visit, including from direct links. Multi-pet appointments show clearer labelling so each pet's notes are easy to find.
Pick-up and drop-off SMS messages use mobile-specific wording so the message matches whether you are on-site or visiting the client. The "notify ready" action also uses the correct language for mobile vs in-salon workflows.
A dedicated add-on carousel when building appointments. Browse, search, and filter available add-ons by eligibility and price within the appointment form. Add-ons that do not apply to the pet or service are automatically hidden.
Attach screenshots or documents to your Grazi conversation for more accurate help with visual questions or complex scenarios.
Team members without admin access can view admin areas (services, settings, billing) in read-only mode. They see the information they need without the risk of accidental changes.
One tap to text a client a clear list of their upcoming appointments with a link to manage them in the pet owner app. Available from the customer profile and messaging panel.
Rate Grazi's answers with a thumbs up or thumbs down, with optional notes. Your feedback directly improves the quality of responses over time.
Multi-pet appointment notifications read naturally (e.g. "Bella & Max") in SMS previews and sent messages.
Pet owners can remove a pet from an existing multi-pet booking without starting from scratch. The remaining appointment is automatically re-validated for availability.
See how it worksGenerate printable QR cards that link directly to your online booking page. Place them at your front desk, in your waiting area, or hand them out, and clients scan to book instantly.
Draft personalised recovery messages with AI assistance when reaching out to pet owners with abandoned bookings. Available directly from the customer profile.
Check-in and check-out locations are captured on each appointment, and the photos your team takes on the job are pinned to where they happened. Plotting the day's visits as a sequenced run came later, with the Trips Booster add-on.
See how it worksServices and packages are browsable together on your public business page, improving discovery and helping pet owners find bundled options alongside individual services.
Seasonal package ended? Archive it so it disappears from your price list and booking form but stays on every client who purchased it. Restore it next season with one click. No data lost, no confusion for staff.
For services that require funds to be pre-held, staff see a clear alert showing when the card will be pre-authorised and the expected timing, supporting clear communication with pet owners about payment timing.
A dedicated management page for course templates with structured lesson definitions and reusable note templates. Build consistent courses from templates, complete with lesson plans and session note patterns.
A guided flow to capture missing pet and owner details during onboarding. Ensures profiles are complete before the first appointment, supporting accurate eligibility checks and communication.
When an appointment date or time changes, teams can choose to notify the customer or suppress notifications.
Ineligible add-ons are blocked at the point of booking, both in the pet owner app and staff scheduler.
Course pricing follows the same multi-pet tier rules as individual services, so businesses offering training classes can set pricing that reflects multi-pet households.
See how it worksA new plan tier between Business Pro and Business Max for businesses with their own payment terminal. Business Flex includes all Pro features with higher appointment and SMS limits. Keep your existing Square, Tyro, or bank terminal alongside Petboost.
